of The Bhakti Centre, a welcoming space that offers the practical
application of Yoga Philosophy through reflection, discussion and
educational insight. Working with the spiritual, scientific and culturally based teachings of the Vedas (ancient Vedic literature) the practice of Bhakti Yoga/Meditation, Kirtan, Vegetarian Cooking and Ayurvedic Healing are taught. Workshops and individual consultations provide an opportunity for people to discover tools that can enhance and empower daily life in the modern world. |
